Selena Waite

Selena Waite is the owner of Waite Psychological and Therapeutic Services. She is a Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and School Psychologist. She has been practicing as a psychologist since 2008. She has experience working within the public school system and private practice providing counseling support, psychological evaluations, and psycho-educational evaluations.

Selena started working in the public school system because she wanted to be one of the people who “saw” the kids who typically fell through the cracks. After 9 years as a school psychologist, she left the public school system to pursue her interest in helping children and their families.

Selena discovered her love of working with children and parents, young adults, adults, families, and couples to provide therapy in private practice. She is trained in EMDR, Gotman, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Perinatal Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Sand Tray, Yoga for Kids, and TripleP Positive Parenting.
